About our community:

Cheatham Lakes Subdivision was established in 1994 with two completed phases. We are located in North Cobb County, Acworth, GA. 

Our community has a private lake that is open to residents and their invited guests. You can view countless birds, turtles, and other wildlife here. 

The sidewalk entrance for the lake is across from the playground so please take a stroll!  Be on the look out as we make this area even more amazing over the next few years! 

We have a community park for you and your family to enjoy with swings, a GeoDome and half court basketball.  We also have an adult reading area with benches and flower beds. 

Located near us are fantastic public and private schools, a dog park on Pitner Rd, a bike and walking trail with multiple trail heads and so much more.
